Last week Matt and I got to see our baby again! She is absolutely beautiful and seeing her made me love her even more. We were able to do the 3D ultrasound at our doctors office last Wednesday. For about the first 7 minutes out of 40, we were able to see her face. She smiled at us and even gave us a precious little kissy face. After that, she decided she was done! Her face went towards my back for pretty much the rest of the time. We did everything we could to get her to turn back around, jiggling her around in there and I even jumped around the room for about a minute, but she was done!! In about the last 2 minutes we were able to see her profile again and she gave us a precious little yawn. She was so tired! Matt and I loved seeing our little girl and cannot wait to meet her in person and get to hold her.
Her nursery has been painted!! I am so excited that we have finished that. Now we can start setting everything up and make it look like our little girls nursery finally. It all gets a little more real every day but like Matt and I have discussed, it won't actually feel real until we have her and are holding her in our arms.
Everyone always asks me if I have any cravings. I don't have any specific cravings that stick. Every one in a while I have random cravings but they are gone by the next day. For instance, the other day I really wanted a Nutter Butter but I didn't want to buy a whole box, and my amazing husband who is keeping his promise he made to me of not letting me eat what I am craving all the time. I woke up the next day and the craving was gine. That doesn't mean I couldn't house one of those if someone gave one to me, but I sure wan't go buy one myself.
Other than that, everything is going pretty smooth. I love being pregnant. There are definitely tough and uncomfortable times, but all I have to do is remember what God has blessed me with and what Matt and I will be getting at the end of all of this!

How cute! I finally have another appt today. It was supposed to be my 2 week check up but it's been almost 4 weeks. Im not really happy with the doctor - I would change if I wasnt so far along. I hope I get another ultrasound soon. I havent have one in 3 months!

ReplyDeleteOh my dear! Those are awesome! I haven't ever gotten the 3D pics. This makes me wish I had. Oh Kelly, she looks perfect! I cant wait to see her debut day pics! It's coming so soon. Love you.
