They say the darndest things!

You'd think I was talking about kids right? Wrong!!! Some people just don't think before they decide to talk.

A neighbor of mine is the perfect example. We call her "puppy mill lady" (everyone in the hood has nicknames) because the first time we ever spoke to her was when we first got Mily. The first thing that comes out of her mouth was "did you get her from a puppy mill?" Wow! That was a tip off right there on who this lady really is.

About a month and a half ago when you could really tell I was pregnant, Matt and I were walking Mily, as always (she sits outside of her house day and night waiting for people to talk to, she doesn't own a dog), and she decides to yell from across the street to me "You're not pregnant, you're fat!" I mean, seriously!?! If I was one of those crazy pregnant women I would have walked across the street and decked her!

Yesterday, while walking Mily, she ran inside her house grabbed a bag of treats, came back outside, shook them as hard as she could to get Mily's attention. We had to go over there because my sweet, little Mily can't resist a treat and doesn't realize that we were trying to avoid her! She says "Let me guess what you're having." ok...."A girl" yep...." I can tell because you are filling out, especially in your face". She was seriously telling me I was fat again. This lady has some nerve. I can honestly say that God knows when to protect my emotions, because I was face to face with this lady so it would have been extremely easy for me to say or do whatever I wanted to.

Goodness gracious! I had to get that off my chest. I know I am not fat so I am not letting that part get to me, it is just the fact that she had the nerve to say those things to me! People!!!
