Time for a change!

Since becoming a mom (and for a while before) I have wanted a change. Not in my lifestyle or anything huge like that but with my wardrobe. Now that I am a mom I am pretty done with dressing like I am 16 still. I pretty much dress like this out of ease. I know I like the clothes at American Eagle, so that is where I shop. I am ready to look like I am 26 years old though. However, I have no idea where to shop, what to buy nor do I want to spend a ton of money. So, to all my fashion forward friends, I need help!

I have also considered becoming a brunette but that one is scary. I could always try out the non-permanent color and see if I like it and if so go ahead with the permanent. If not, it washes out, right?

I feel bad for Gwen because I am not very into fashion. I care what I look like, I just don't stay up with what is "in". Hopefully she will be pretty easy going.

Update on Gwen.... She's amazing! I love our little girl! I do have to brag on her pediatrician for a second. I had some questions about Gwen's feeding and sleeping schedule and what I may or may not be doing right. So, I e-mailed her (Dr. Amy at Eastlake Pediatrics) last night around 8:00 and got a very detailed response back from her with advice on what to do this morning by 9:30! She has a 9 month old so it is great that she has just gone through what I am going through now so she can give me personal advice. I was truly shocked at how quickly she got back to me and how detailed her information for me was. I just love her! Now I just have to be a good mom and do what is best for my little Gwen!

  1. That's funny that you mention going brunette because I had an urge to go all blonde. Wanna do it together?! SCARY!
